Chemical Spray Record

Product Description

The Chemical Spray Record is used to record each spray application of herbicides or pesticides on a site / property. It is mandated by the Pesticides Act that a spray record be completed prior to each spraying out job to ensure that the prevailing weather conditions are suitable and noted, that the type, dilution, quantity of chemical and spray technique are recorded. Records in regard to the use of hazardous chemicals must be maintained for a period of up to 30 years under the Model harmonised WHS legislation.

This Chemical Spray Record has been developed in alignment with the harmonised Model WHS legislation and is suitable for use in NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT, NT, WA and NEW ZEALAND.  Victorian legislation version available upon order, enquiries to info@safetymakers.com.au
