Includes sections for: scope, chemical data, chemical safety information, job steps (outline the hazards / risks /PPE), assessed risk level, environmental hazards and risks, chemical spills response, emergency response procedure, consultation, worker training, monitoring &  review, worker and management sign offs.

It is a requirement of the harmonised WHS legislation to conduct Risk Assessments for certain hazardous chemicals and/or Dangerous Goods or work environments where hazardous chemicals are used.  Refer to the legislation for information.
