This SWP does not cover – venue hire arrangements, maintenance of equipment or cleaning of a venue. This SWP does not cover Laser shows, Pyrotechnics and Special Effects, Fogs and smokes that may be used during events / expos etc

Includes sections for: Planning, worker induction and training, unlocking and locking up the building, use of facilities (Canteen/Kitchen), bump-in & bump-out (set up/pack down), use of rooms, setting out seating & restacking seating, Risk Management – General Public, consultation, reviews, worker and management approvals and sign off etc.
