Safe Work Procedure (SWP) Template is not used for High Risk Construction Work.
This Template is intended for use for low to medium risk tasks, plant and equipment.
Includes sections for: scope, work activity, plant/equipment description, hazard and risk identification, job steps, assessed risk level, environmental hazards and risks, emergency response procedure, consultation, worker training, monitoring & review, worker and management sign offs.
