The Noise Risk Register can be used to record potential risks arising from noise levels at a workplace where it has been assessed and determined that such noise levels exceed the legislated Exposure Standard for noise at a workplace. Noise control measures and noise monitoring programs can be recorded using this form.
It is a legislated requirement of the harmonised WHS legislation to maintain a record of Noise hazards and risks at a workplace where worker exposure to noise may exceed the legislated Noise Exposure Standard.
