The Working on Roofs SWMS or Safe Work Method Statement covers working on roofs. In particular, this SWMS details the risk management processes and procedures that need to be followed when preparing to undertake minor short term tasks on a residential or small commercial roof.
This SWMS does not cover the operation of specific working at height equipment e.g. Elevated Work Platforms, fall restraint equipment, working with asbestos or hazardous manual tasks in sufficient detail.
