World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day

This National Safe Work Month, Safe Work Australia recognises World Mental Health Day and the need to help prevent work related mental health or psychological injuries, which is just as important as physical health and safety in the workplace. World Mental Health Day aims to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilise efforts in support of mental health.

Their Infographic (below) outlines the steps involved in preventing psychological injury and illness at your workplace.
